📦 Shipping

All orders are shipped via tracked courier. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

🇮🇹 Italy → Free | Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days 🇪🇺 Rest of Europe → Calculated at checkout | Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

⚠️ Delays may occur during holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, summer peak).

🌍 Customs & Duties

For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer's sole responsibility.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in perfect condition — unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached.
One exchange per order (same item, subject to availability). If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
