Refund policy

The return or exchange of the same item purchased (if available) is completely free of charge, but only and no later than 14 days after receipt of the package (the date of receipt is the date issued and recorded as delivered by the courier).

Any return or exchange will take place exclusively after receiving the package at our warehouse and upon verification of the contents by our staff. If damage, wear and tear or mistreatment is found, no refund or exchange will be made.

Exchange of goods will be made only for the same item purchased, if in stock — otherwise we will issue a refund. Exchange can only be made once for free; subsequent exchanges will not be free.

The refund will be made by crediting the amount to the payment method used for the original order

How to proceed with a return or exchange:

1. Send an email to info@siyaitaly.com with your order number or the email used at purchase. Let us know your reason and whether you prefer a return or exchange.
2. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box.
3. Our customer service will send you a PDF label to print and apply to the package.
4. The courier will collect the package within 24 hours (sometimes the courier will contact you directly to coordinate).
5. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the package, we will process your return or exchange and keep you updated throughout.
