1. About Us Siya Italy is an exclusive women's fashion brand, designed in Italy and handcrafted by artisans in India. Our collections are available exclusively through siyaitaly.com.

2. Orders and Prices All prices are displayed in EUR. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, the price is fixed.

3. Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping Orders are dispatched within the timeframe shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Consumer Rights In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

6. Products All Siya Italy products are handcrafted in India. Minor variations in print, colour or embroidery between individual pieces are a natural characteristic of artisan production and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, text, product designs and branding — belongs to Siya Italy and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
